Garden character
Liang Garden is one of the classic Lingnan gardens. It is less mandatory than Zumiao + Nanfeng, but stronger if you want ponds, timber and quiet courts.
Do not stack it with both Zumiao and Nanfeng on a short day—the buffer disappears.

A practical visit order and pace—not a full-day itinerary.
01Best as a cooler morning (2–2.5 hours) when you are not already packing Zumiao + Nanfeng into the same short day.
02Move slowly along the pond edge and covered bridges. The point is sequence and shadow, not collecting every plaque.
03Lunch back toward Zumiao / Lingnan Tiandi rather than inventing a distant second garden the same day.
